Nolita Hall’s guests were hot and uncomfortable sitting in the restaurant due to the lack of air circulation.
They installed two MacroAir AVD370 fans throughout the restaurant.
Since installing their MacroAir fans, Nolita Hall has been able to successfully create a comfortable atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Nolita Hall is located in sunny San Diego, CA. The weather is what most would consider ideal. Temperatures average around 77° in the summer months and around 67° in the winter months. In fact, there are only a few days a year where locals may experience temperatures in the 90 °s. Sounds pretty amazing, right? So, why would they need restaurant ceiling fans?
Well, despite that ideal temperature, the air in Nolita Hall’s large indoor/outdoor restaurant was just sitting still in the space. The lack of air circulation in the space caused it to become extremely hot and uncomfortable for guests. Remember, this is a big property with big open space. And on those hot days, there needed to be something substantial to help give customers cool air and a cool breeze. That’s where MacroAir fans come into play...
MacroAir ceiling fans worked perfectly for moving air in their big indoor/outdoor restaurant space. In fact, Jordan Herigstad, Executive Chef at Nolita Hall said this about the fans:
“They were just a perfect fit for Nolita!” - Jordan Herigstad, Executive Chef, Nolita Hall
MacroAir’s AVD370 fans helped to create a comfortable atmosphere for all! They were easy to operate for everyone on the staff. Additionally, the fans went with the vibe of the restaurant perfectly. A bit industrial to go with the natural wood and exposed beams and ductwork, and the raw and natural elements throughout the space.
“They [the fans] really are good for helping to create that comfortable atmosphere.” - Jordan Herigstad, Executive Chef, Nolita Hall
Overall, they could not be happier with their purchase! Even in the event that the windows and doors are shut, the fans help to create a cool atmosphere throughout the restaurant, keeping the temps as cool as the restaurant itself!
