Nolita Hall is located in sunny San Diego, CA. The weather is what most would consider ideal. Temperatures average around 77° in the summer months and around 67° in the winter months. In fact, there are only a few days a year where locals may experience temperatures in the 90 °s. Sounds pretty amazing, right? So, why would they need restaurant ceiling fans?
Well, despite that ideal temperature, the air in Nolita Hall’s large indoor/outdoor restaurant was just sitting still in the space. The lack of air circulation in the space caused it to become extremely hot and uncomfortable for guests. Remember, this is a big property with big open space.
