Denali Brewing Company
Problem
The facility wasn’t comfortable due to cold weather and the air was stratified.
Solution
They installed a MacroAir AirVolution-D 370 fan in their brewery.
Result
The fan complimented the HVAC system and de-stratified the air to keep the facility warm and comfortable. They plan on ordering at least two more fans for their expansion.
Located in Talkeetna, Alaska, Denali Brewing Company is a locally owned microbrewery founded in 2009. It is in the heart of the upper Susitna Valley. They take pride in taking great care of their people and their land. In fact, they have implemented numerous sustainability programs with an emphasis on zero waste. Denali Brewing Company uses only the finest ingredients and crafts the kinds of honest beers people like to drink.
The brewery has experienced great growth over the last decade. Finally, they needed to expand their space to accommodate the demand for their fantastic beers. The main issue they had was the desertification of the air in their brewery. Basically, they needed to find a way to move the hot air down to equalize the temperature throughout the room. Denali Brewing Co found the solution to dr-stratify the room with MacroAir's AVD370 fans. The circulation caused by the fan moves the hot air down along the walls and to the floor, then back up again. This movement caused the air to fully circulate throughout the space, therefore de0-stratifying the entire space. What an easy and effective solution!
“We needed a solution to complement our HVAC system for our new brewery in order to help de-stratify the air and keep the facility warm and comfortable. From sale to installation, we had a great experience with MacroAir throughout the entire process and plan to order at least two more AVD370 fans for our expansion.” – Sassan Mossanen, General Manager, Denali Brewing Co. | Talkeetna, Alaska
Thanks to MacroAir's AVD370 fans, Denali Brewing Company has a comfortable space for their brewing and for their customers. Now, that's something to be proud of!
